Your Role:ExperiencedServiceTechnician.As aServiceTechnician,you’llshowcaseyour skills by managing a full workload of customers, ensuringtimelyand cost-effective maintenance of office product equipment while delivering outstanding service and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Service printers/copiers with minimalassistance.
- Troubleshoot basic printing issues andidentifyprinter vs. network problems.
- Install scanning and equipment in peer-to-peer environments.
- Maintain inventory per company specifications.
- Ensure your car, tool kit, and supplies are organized and ready.
- Build andmaintainprofessional relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Provide sales support by advising on problems or potential leads.
- Maximize equipment uptime withtimelyrepairs and preventive maintenance.
- Manage your time effectively and ensure a professional appearance.
- Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude.
- Prior experience in maintaining and repairing office equipment required (Canon, HP,Lexmark, Okidata, Ricoh, Sharp, and Xerox experience required).
- Basic networking knowledge.
- Excellent computer and analytical skills.
- A high school diploma
- The ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and transport equipment as needed.
- Must beat least 21 years of age or olderwith a valid driver’s license, a clean driving record, and the ability to meet driving requirements.
- A proactive mindset and ability to troubleshoot and think independently.
