FlexTG is looking for a 100% in office Sales Commission Analyst to join our team in Mesa, AZ. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a knack for accuracy and efficiency, this is the perfect role for you!
Key Responsibilities
Commissions Analyst
- Compile and validate all commission sheets received from the Order Coordination team
- Reconcile all commission sheets to weekly/monthly sales logs
- Create Kronos upload templates for each payroll
- Generate commissions earned reports
- Validate funding to create commissions payable reports
Claims Analyst
- Compile and validate all claim requests received from the Purchasing or Sales teams
- Gather and maintain supporting documentation for every claim
- Conduct research to ensure all qualifying claims are identified
- Submit qualifying claims via vendor portals according to vendor timelines and requirements
- Record accruals in the general ledger
- Reconcile and record claim payments/credits received from vendors
- Provide necessary documentation to support periodic vendor audits
Financial Systems Support
- Update and maintain Customer and Industry mapping
- Update and maintain item number (SKU) segment classification
- Assist with other data gathering/reporting tasks as required
Qualifications
- Business degree preferred
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.) and Microsoft Outlook
- Experience with an ERP system
