Controls Engineer – Siemens

Are you an experienced Controls Engineer with a strong background in Siemens PLCs ? We are looking for a talented professional to join a long-term project at one of our customer sites in Columbus, MS. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity that offers stability and the chance to make a significant impact in a highly technical environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, program, and troubleshoot Siemens PLCs (such as S7-1200 , S7-1500 , and TIA Portal ) to meet project and customer requirements.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to implement and optimize industrial automation systems .
• Perform diagnostics and maintenance on control systems to ensure smooth operations.
• Support system integration projects, including working with HMI and SCADA systems.
• Document processes and ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
• Provide hands-on technical support and troubleshooting to resolve system issues efficiently.
