Entry-Level Accountant
Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for financial analysis , accounting principles , and data accuracy ? We are seeking an Entry-Level Accountant to join our team and support financial reporting , account reconciliations , and budgeting processes. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in general ledger accounting , financial statement preparation , and compliance with GAAP .
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist with month-end closing , including journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations .
- Prepare and analyze financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Support accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, including invoice processing and payment tracking.
- Maintain accurate general ledger records and assist in variance analysis .
- Assist with tax preparation , audits , and regulatory reporting as needed.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations .
- Use Excel , QuickBooks , or other accounting software to organize financial data.
