Mechanical Designer – Custom Automation Machinery
Are you an experienced Mechanical Designer with a passion for creating custom automation machinery ? We are looking for a detail-oriented professional skilled in SolidWorks to design and develop innovative mechanical systems. This role involves working closely with engineers and clients to create custom mechanical components, assemblies, and automation solutions that enhance efficiency and performance.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design custom automation machinery using SolidWorks , ensuring precision and functionality.
- Develop detailed 3D models, 2D drawings, and BOMs (Bill of Materials) for manufacturing.
- Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and manufacturing teams to refine designs and optimize production.
- Perform mechanical calculations, tolerance analysis, and material selection for robust designs.
- Create and review detailed technical documentation, schematics, and assembly instructions .
- Work with vendors and suppliers to source components and ensure manufacturability.
- Support prototyping, testing, and troubleshooting of automation equipment.
