Are you a skilled Allen Bradley PLC programmer with extensive experience in automotive or machine tool manufacturing environments? We re seeking an experienced professional to join our team, specializing in the commissioning, debugging, and calibration of advanced machinery and control systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Commission, calibrate, and service newly developed or modified equipment at customer facilities, ensuring full functionality meets specifications.
• Assemble, debug, and fine-tune the electronic and electro-mechanical aspects of machinery during the assembly process at both the manufacturing department and customer sites.
• Debug and optimize controls hardware and software to ensure seamless operations.
• Deliver training sessions to customer representatives on company products and systems.

Qualifications:

• Associate's degree in electrical technology or equivalent is required; a BSEE or BSME is preferred but not mandatory.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the automotive or machine tool manufacturing industry, or a combination of relevant education and experience.
• Expert-level proficiency in Allen Bradley PLC programming, including debugging and troubleshooting.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings accurately.
• Hands-on experience with control panel building and integration.
• Familiarity with MRP/ERP systems is a plus, with preference given to those with SAP experience.
• Strong communication, mathematical, and computer skills.
• Willingness to travel 50-75% of the time, including international travel.
