To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Associate Process Engineer located in Buffalo Grove Il.
Reporting to the Engineering Service Manager the Associate Process Engineer will work as part of a factory engineering team to support high speed automated manufacturing equipment and processes in our medical manufacturing facility.
The experience we're looking to add to our team :
- Generate engineering documentation to support equipment changes and upgrades.
- Support the raising and introduction of engineering change orders (ECOs).
- Assist in the development and improvement of work instructions and provide training to production personnel.
- Support manufacturing KPIs such as OEE, Yield, Scrap and Downtime
- Support continuous improvement activities.
- Capability to independently or together with other engineering stakeholders identify root causes of failures in the manufacturing process.
- High level participation in daily production activities and effective problem solving on daily issues.
- Understand the manufacturing process, technologies, techniques, and the product.
- Participate in process related troubleshooting.
- Support engineering team with projects.
- Participate in activities pertaining to cycle time and process improvements.
- Develop and maintain process documentation.
- Support creation of data driven reports as required for engineering team and management.
