Shift : 12 noon- 12am Sunday, Monday, Tuesday every other Saturday (20% Shift Differential)

General Purpose :

Responsible for performing physical and administrative tasks related to the storage, counting, and distribution of materials, parts, supplies, and equipment. This includes packaging, receiving, shipping, and moving materials through the warehouse process.

Principal Accountabilities :

• Verify correct delivery of materials.
• Move pallets to holding areas and sort materials by product type.
• Ensure the oldest materials are prioritized for delivery.
• Package parts according to established standards.
• Maintain travel cards with parts and label packages for routing.
• Assess the re-use condition of packaging and follow established standards for re-use.
• Package materials for shipment, ensuring accuracy in both product and paperwork.
• Stock materials on shelves, ensuring accuracy and neatness.
• Label problem parts and route them to the appropriate area.
• Examine boxes / labels to determine receivable types and enter product information into systems.
• Assist in training new employees on work procedures and rules.
• Maintain a clean work area and audit kits for accuracy.
• Perform all tasks involved in the distribution flow of materials, supplies, and equipment.
• Verify goods received against bills of lading, purchase orders, or other documents.
• Provide work leadership to other logistics associates and may serve as a lead.
• Communicate with inspectors, buyers, production personnel, and the materials group.
