Reporting to the General Manager the Manufacturing Engineering Manager plan, directs, and coordinates manufacturing processes by providing technical support in the development, implementation and maintenance of manufacturing methods by performing the following duties.

Reporting to the General Manager the Manufacturing Engineering Manager plan, directs, and coordinates manufacturing processes by providing technical support in the development, implementation and maintenance of manufacturing methods by performing the following duties.
What a typical day looks like:
- The individual is responsible for equipment Maintenance, Business excellence group, and capital projects.
- Manage a team of engineers and technicians to establish and maintain manufacturing control systems for equipment, process, product, automation and box build.
- Design an optimized manufacturing processes flow to meet customer product quality and delivery.
- Develop, evaluate, and improve manufacturing methods driving on quality, cost and yield improvement.
- Evaluate and plan workforce utilization, space requirements, workflow, design layout of equipment, workspace for maximum efficiency and automation implementation.
- Responsible for maintaining and improving all equipment/processes related to efficiency, cycle times, capacity and capabilities.
- Coordinate with customers to define product specifications, Dfx engagement and design changes.
- Participate in early NPI involvement & new capabilities readiness for mass production.
- Applies FMEA/statistical methods to estimate future manufacturing requirements and potential risk.
- Typically requires 9 years of engineering experience including supervision.
- Demonstrates mastery of functional knowledge in relation to other functions and a complete understanding of the function and those of related businesses.
- Impacts the long-term (annual) direction and financial or operational success of the function and/or site.
- Approves and/or creates functional processes or technologies. Establishes and ensures effective achievement of functional strategic plans and objectives for the site.
- May have P&L responsibility for the function.
- Develops plans for structuring and implementing major initiatives.
- Site
