To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Production Specialist 3 located in Salt Lake City, Utah.
Reporting to the Production Supervisor, the Production Specialist 3 role involves being responsible for a variety of operations and duties on the manufacturing floor.
What a typical day looks like :
- When needed, has the ability to perform all accountabilities of a Production Specialist 1 and 2.
- Trains Production Specialists 1 and 2 on a variety of manufacturing processes and procedures.
- Periodically evaluates process specifications to ensure the process requirements are accurately reflected.
- Reviews process steps to reduce inefficiencies.
- Collaborates with Quality Engineers on process improvements, monitoring tools, identifying root causes, and corrective actions.
- Assists operators by answering questions and demonstrating operations.
- Assists in performing preventative maintenance and minor repair work on production machinery.
