- Operate hand tools (e.g., Allen wrenches, files, brass tools) and occasionally use equipment such as ultrasonic tools, surface grinders, and microscopes.
- Perform polishing, grinding, and basic machining tasks as required.
- Collaborate with the operations team and report to the Tools Supervisor and Operations Engineering Manager.
- 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in tooling or a related field.
- Knowledge of tools and equipment, including how to use them
- Ability to read and interpret drawings and schematics
- Ability to analyze mechanical and electrical malfunctions
- Ability to operate and maintain various types of equipment
- Ability to work with precision measuring devices
- Strong communication skills
