Primary Responsibilities :
1. Responsible for reaching daily production goals
2. Working in a group as a team
3. Must be able to correctly and consistently be able to assemble product in a timely manner with top quality
4. Keep work area clean, safe, and organized
Working Conditions :
Manufacturing plant; will be required to wear personal protective equipment per policy and may be requested to work overtime per production schedule.
Qualifications :
1. The ability to keep track of production output.
2. The ability to read and write in English.
3. The ability to use basic power and hand tools.
4. Physically able to lift 40 pounds regularly.
5. Ability to follow basic directions.
Typical Duties and Essential Responsibilities :
1. Assemble floor care products
2. Count and label product
3. Identify components and finished assemblies
4. Inspect and repair product
5. Operate basic machinery
6. Follow all company rules
7. Responsible for safe work area, including prompt reporting of any safety hazards to the safety committee or supervisor.
8. Any other duties as assigned by team leader and supervisor.

1. Quantity and quality of product packed
