About the Job
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Travel Nurse RN Telemetry to join our team at a top healthcare facility in Dowagiac, Michigan.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in telemetry nursing, excellent critical thinking skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor patients' heart rates, blood pressure, and other vital signs in real-time.
- Administer medications as prescribed by physicians and monitor patients for adverse reactions.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to provide high-quality patient care.
- Participate in multidisciplinary rounds to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
Requirements:
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Michigan.
- At least 1 year of experience in telemetry nursing.
- Ability to work 12-hour night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically in high-pressure situations.
