What will you do in this role?
- Develop and execute a sales strategy in the America’s to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
- Establish and achieve ambitious sales targets aligned with overall business objectives.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, strategic partnerships, and emerging markets.
- Oversee regional distribution networks and direct sales channels.
- Work closely with marketing and product management teams to align sales initiatives with market demands.
- Lead and enhance the America’s customer service strategy to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Implement customer experience initiatives to drive retention, engagement, and brand advocacy.
- Monitor and analyze customer feedback, ensuring continuous improvement in service quality.
- Develop and enforce policies, processes, and technologies to optimize customer service operations.
- Foster a customer-centric culture across sales, business development, and service teams.
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing sales, business development, and customer service teams.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and accountability measures for all teams.
- Promote a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Provide training and development opportunities to enhance team capabilities and effectiveness.
- Develop and manage sales, business development, and customer service budgets and forecasts.
- Ensure alignment of revenue targets with financial goals and company growth strategies.
- Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer insights to inform decision-making.
- Optimize operational efficiencies within the sales and customer service functions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing or related field. MBA is preferred.
- Minimum 12-15 years of leadership experience in sales, business development, and customer service within the manufacturing sector and/or a related industry to Flexcon.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
- Strong negotiation, contract management, and strategic planning skills.
- Exceptional leadership and people management capabilities.
- Expertise in B2B sales, customer experience, and account management.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency with ERP, CRM, and sales automation tools.
- Hybrid location in Massachusetts, local candidates preferred.
- Estimated travel 50%.
