Your role will be crucial in maintaining strong relationships with our customers, ensuring their satisfaction, and delivering an outstanding customer experience. This role will also assist with inquiries and accounting needs, as needed.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or escalate issues as necessary.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and data entry into the company’s database.
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette while communicating with clients.
- Collaborate with team members to improve overall client services and operational efficiency.
- Assist in resolving complaints or concerns by effectively communicating with customers and providing follow-up when necessary.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of Customer Service experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and QuickBooks is required.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess situations and provide effective solutions.
- Excellent computer skills for efficient data entry and documentation.
- Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on phone etiquette.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn new processes or systems.
- Ability to multi-task and reliability is essential.
