As a Process Technician , you’ll be the guardian of our production equipment, ensuring everything runs like a well-oiled machine. You’ll tackle equipment issues, perform preventative maintenance, and collaborate with our Quality team to keep our production top-notch. Your critical thinking and problem-solving skills will help maintain our high standards and contribute to our ongoing success, all while collaborating with a team to keep our production lines running smoothly.

Here’s a Glimpse Into Your World :
Additional $3 / hr shift differential for being a night owlEnsure all production equipment is running to Flexcraft efficiency standards. When problems cannot be resolved, seek help before efficiency thresholds are exceeded.Assist in the diagnosis and repair of production equipment and / or tooling with the maintenance and engineering staff.Use critical thinking and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot molding machines and auxiliary equipment.Assist in completing preventative maintenance on production equipment.Perform mold changes and startup of injection molding and blow molding machines in accordance with established protocols and procedures.Perform preventative mold maintenance to ensure all tooling is cleaned / prepped and tagged / staged properly per standard work instructions.Clean material handling equipment such as blenders, granulators, and vacuum loaders.Collaborate with Quality department to determine the root cause and corrective action of quality issues.Use measurement devices such as calipers, height gages, scales, pin gages, magna mikes, etc to ensure that products are meeting quality specifications.Complete all documentation associated with the setup, maintenance, and adjustment of production equipment.Maintain a safe working environment and maintain good housekeeping of workspace.Assist in training and development of new team members.Required to attend off-hour training sessions as scheduledTo Be Successful You’ll Need :
A passion for problem-solving and a can-do attitude.Minimum of HS Diploma or GED. Preferably has completed some college courses and / or 2 years relevant experience.Has ability to use and read measurement equipment such as rulers, tape measures, and calipersHas the ability to complete Technician Training ProgramsEnter data in the IQMS or equivalent system.Experience with Microsoft Office products including, Word, Excel and OutlookHas the ability to use measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, thermometers etc.)A passion for problem-solving and a can-do attitude.Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.Ability to multitask and thrive under pressure.Strong communication skills - both verbal and written.A willingness to learn and grow.Bonus Points if You Have :
Experience in GMP, ISO 9001 : 20015, lean manufacturing, 5S, process troubleshooting, and root cause identification are key components of this position.Should have good mechanical aptitude, be able to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment and have general knowledge of hand tools.Benefits :
