Job Summary :
For Shipping & Receiving at Flexcraft, you'll be responsible for managing the inbound and outbound flow of materials. You'll verify shipments for customers, ensure the accurate storage of materials, and support the overall efficiency of the warehouse. This is a critical role that requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well with others.
Key Responsibilities :
- Receiving : Inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and quality and document any discrepancies. Safely unload materials and place them in designated storage areas.
- Shipping : Prepare outgoing shipments, ensuring all items are correctly packaged, labeled, and documented. Coordinate with carriers for timely pickups.
- Inventory Management : Maintain accurate records of inventory, perform regular cycle counts, and report any discrepancies to management.
- Warehouse Operations : Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe. Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment to move materials safely and efficiently.
- Collaboration : Work with other departments to ensure smooth communication and the timely flow of materials. Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
