As a Salesforce Systems Architect, you will lead the solutioning of Salesforce applications, guiding the design, development, and implementation of scalable solutions that align with business objectives. Leveraging your expertise in Salesforce architecture and development, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and deliver exceptional experiences for our clients.

Responsibilities :

• Lead the end-to-end solutioning of Salesforce applications, from design to implementation, ensuring alignment with business objectives and best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define technical specifications, and architect solutions that meet both current and future needs.
• Drive the development and implementation of Salesforce roadmap projects, including customization, configuration, and integration with third-party systems.
• Design and optimize Salesforce data models, ensuring data integrity, security, and scalability.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including solution designs, technical specifications, and process flows.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.
• Stay abreast of Salesforce platform updates, industry trends, and emerging technologies, and evaluate their potential impact on our Salesforce ecosystem.
