Learn more at flexera.comFlexera is hiring Senior UX Designer to help build and refine the future of Flexera One, Flexera's SaaS product for IT Asset Management and Financial Operations (FinOps). This role will contribute to feature-agnostic Flexera One Platform capabilities and FinOps feature functionality.Your Responsibilities : You will work closely with a full UX team (Research, Interaction, and Visual), Product Management, Engineering, and other internal stakeholders to complete discovery, ideate on solutions, and iterate with stakeholders and users.You will lead design activities (research, ideation, iteration, specification, etc) and report on progress, blockers, and other concerns to a UX manager.You will speak with users to understand pain points, workflows, and validate early solutions to prioritized work.
