Senior Solution Engineer - Presales

We're looking for a highly motivated Senior Solution Engineer with a strong software programming background to join our presales team. This unique role focuses on supporting Solution Engineers by creating customized product demonstrations, proof-of-concept (POC) solutions, and product videos. If you're passionate about blending technical development with customer engagement, this position offers the perfect mix of software development and customer-facing opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Custom Demo Development

• Design and deliver tailored product demonstrations for FlexNet Publisher, FlexNet Embedded, and FlexNet Operations.

• Collaborate with Solution Engineers to translate client requirements into compelling technical demonstrations.

• Create professional product demonstration videos.

2. Technical Expertise

• Utilize programming skills in .NET, Python, SOAP, REST, web development, and SQL to build customized demos and POCs.

• Integrate and configure software components to showcase product functionality and value.

• Leverage generative AI tools to enhance demos, including generating code and creating innovative solutions.

• Develop and edit product videos using video editing tools.

3. Customer Engagement

• Support (and occasionally lead) customer presentations and technical demonstrations.

• Provide technical insights to articulate the benefits of Revenera's solutions during client meetings.

4. Collaboration

• Partner with Sales, Product Management, and Development teams to accurately represent product capabilities.

• Share customer feedback to influence product development and enhancements.

5. Documentation and Training

• Document demo setups and configurations for reuse and knowledge sharing.

• Train Solution Engineers on demo environments and new product features.

• Develop scripts and record engaging product videos for presentations.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

• 3 years of experience in software programming or technical presales roles.

• Proficiency in .NET, Python, HTML/CSS/JavaScript, SOAP, REST, and SQL.

• Experience using generative AI tools for code generation and demos.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present technical concepts to diverse audiences.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with FlexNet Publisher, FlexNet Embedded, or FlexNet Operations.

• Familiarity with software monetization or SaaS business models.

• Previous customer-facing experience in presales, consulting, or support.

• Knowledge of open-source software governance or Software Composition Analysis tools.
