Position Description :
The Lifecycle Services team supports the operation, maintenance, and optimization of cutting-edge energy storage systems in the rapidly evolving battery technology industry. We are seeking an intern to help organize, document, and streamline critical processes and workflows. This role is ideal for someone pursuing a business or engineering degree, with a strong interest in understanding business needs and processes. The ideal candidate will also creatively leverage AI tools to drive efficiency and support project success. This internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in project coordination, process optimization, and the renewable energy sector.
Major Job Responsibilities :
- Analyze and understand business needs and existing workflows to identify opportunities for improving efficiency.
- Leverage AI tools to streamline data organization, automate repetitive tasks, and optimize project workflows.
- Gather and consolidate documents, workflows, and datasets from various platforms, including SharePoint, Confluence, and Excel.
- Create a centralized, structured repository that is accessible and logically organized for team use.
- Collaborate with team members to document workflows, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and best practices in clear, concise formats.
- Develop visual aids, such as templates, flowcharts, or process maps, to enhance team understanding and knowledge sharing.
- Maintain and update task progress in Jira, ensuring alignment with project objectives and scope tickets.
- Regularly audit task tracking to ensure accuracy and identify any missing or incomplete information.
- Support project planning by managing meeting agendas, capturing notes, and tracking follow-up actions.
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure workflows and documentation meet business objectives and operational goals.
