This program will give students interested in a career in renewable energy and battery storage space hands-on exposure to FlexGen projects and mentorship from industry professionals. Position Description :
FlexGen is seeking a Project Management Intern to join our team for the Summer of 2025 as part of our Early Careers Program. The Project Management Intern will work closely with FlexGen's operations team, supporting the planning and execution of energy storage projects. The intern will gain exposure to project workflows, stakeholder coordination, and performance tracking, all while contributing to FlexGen's mission of enabling the energy transition through innovative energy storage solutions.
Major Job Responsibilities :
- Assist in developing project plans, schedules, and budgets under the guidance of the Project Management team.
- Support project tracking and reporting, ensuring project deliverables align with timelines and objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, and business development, to ensure project milestones are achieved.
- Prepare meeting agendas, take detailed notes, and follow up on action items from project meetings.
- Conduct research to support project planning and decision-making processes.
- Help identify and mitigate risks to ensure successful project execution.
- Contribute to the improvement of project management processes and tools.
