Job Summary:
We are a fast-growing company in the furniture sector, committed to delivering high-quality products and services. We are currently seeking an In-House Sales Support Specialist to assist our sales team with order processing, customer relationship management (CRM), and administrative tasks. The In-House Sales Support Specialist will be responsible for managing sales orders, maintaining accurate records in CRM systems, and ensuring smooth communication between sales teams, customers, and internal departments. This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented, highly organized, and experienced in CRM software.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle sales orders from entry to fulfillment, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
- Coordinate with internal teams (warehouse, logistics, finance) to track and manage orders.
- Maintain and update customer data in CRM software to ensure accurate records.
- Assist in managing customer accounts, order history, and follow-up communications.
- Support the sales team with quotations, invoices, and customer inquiries.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate product availability to the sales team.
- Assist in preparing sales reports and tracking performance metrics.
- Serve as a liaison between customers and internal teams to ensure order accuracy and issue resolution.
- Provide after-sales support, addressing customer concerns and coordinating solutions.
Qualifications:
- Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.) is required.
- 1-3 years of experience in sales support, order management, or customer service.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills to work with internal teams and customers.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to analyze data and generate sales reports.
- Bilingual in English and Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) is a plus.
