Administrative Assistant / Receptionist
Flexible Circuit Technologies is seeking a driven, detail-oriented person who will add value to our team. This person should have great communication skills, be able to find and solve problems, and have a pleasant and approachable attitude, as they will be the first point of contact for all of our customers.
Job Description
The Receptionist/Administrative Assistant role at FCT is designed to evolve over time. While most responsibilities remain consistent, there is flexibility in expectations, allowing for additional duties as the individual grows within the company.
Responsibilities include:
Front Desk:
- Greeting visitors, answer calls, and manage inquiries.
- Handle mail, packages, and voicemail distribution.
- Set up conference rooms and assist with hospitality.
Administrative:
- Process invoices, payments, and data entry.
- Maintain files and support accounting tasks.
- Assist with various office projects as needed.
Office Management:
- Order and restock office, grocery, and kitchen supplies.
- Manage conference room reservations and office schedules.
Sales Support:
- Log RFQs, organize customer files, and send marketing materials.
- Scan and file quality reports, assist with data entry, and use IQMS.
Other:
- Bake cookies (Wednesdays) and prepare pizzas (Fridays).
- Assist with catering, cleanup, and light warehouse tasks.
Qualifications:
Potential candidates should have at least a high school diploma and some familiarity with an office environment. Employers prefer a college degree or experience as an intern. When applying to this position, please make sure to include a resume and a cover letter.
