Process Engineer duties and responsibilities
Flexible Circuits, Inc seeks experienced Process Engineer. The successful candidate will be responsible for process control and processes improvement in order to maintain efficiency, reduce cost and defects, improve sustainability and maximize profitability.
Responsibilities
- Process control and process improvement
- Establishing safety procedures for individuals working with dangerous chemicals
- Conducting tests and monitoring the process performance throughout production
- Troubleshooting problems associated with manufacturing processes
- Evaluating processes and equipment to ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations
- Reducing scrap and variation due to process Assessing processes, taking measurements and interpreting data
- Designing, running, testing and upgrading systems and processes
- Develop best practices and innovative solutions to improve production rates and quality of output
- Manage cost and time constraints
- Provide process documentation and operating instructions
- Operator Training and competency validation
- Proven work experience in process engineering
- Excellent technical skills
- Knowledge of process related standards
- Analytical thinker with interpersonal skills
- Degree in Engineering
