FCI Quality Policy
To perpetuate the growth of Flexible Circuits, Inc. by satisfying customer needs through strong concurrent engineering, continuous improvement practices, and delivering the highest quality products.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the completion of the First Article Inspection from customer-provided TDP.
- Process customer RMA requests and returns, with the ability to challenge the validity of the return request.
- Inspect work in process for conformance to specifications, IPS-6013, IPC-600, IPC-610, J-Std- 001.
- Maintain the Procedure Masters, (SOPs, Work Instructions, Forms, and Lists) and process changes, including configuration records, and training records.
- Order new specs to keep the Spec file up to date, with the most current revisions.
- Acting back up to QC Supervisor, Final Inspection, and Incoming Inspection. Along with training for new employees.
- Attend New Product Introduction Meetings, and Peer Reviews.
- Answer questions & concerns from Inspectors, and customers concerning problem parts and paperwork.
- Process and follow up with root cause corrective actions.
- Internal auditing of manufacturing processes and areas.
