Key Responsibilities:
- Project Leadership: Manage a portfolio of special projects, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and delivering results on time and within budget.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with executive leadership to define project scope, objectives, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with various departments (e.g., marketing, finance, operations) to coordinate project activities and foster a collaborative environment.
- Resource Management: Allocate resources effectively, ensuring teams have the necessary tools and support to achieve project goals.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and addressing any concerns or challenges.

Qualifications:

- Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects and leading cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels of the organization.
- PMP certification or equivalent is a plus.
- Oil and Gas experience in compulsory
- Must have finance experience
- International experience preferred
