The Technical Part:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering and over ten (10 ) years of experience in clean utility system flushing, testing degreasing, passivation, and equipment skid reassembly in pharmaceutical or biotech facilities.
- Certification in project management or a related field is preferred.
- Shift: Administrative and according to business needs.
- Availability: Fully On-Site

Experience in:
- Utility Piping testing, flushing, degreasing, and passivation procedures and methodologies.
- Clean Utility Systems (WFI, PW), Clean Steam, and Clean gases.
- GMP Standards, regulatory guidelines, and industry best practices.
- Engineering drawings, P&IDs, and technical specifications.
- Commissioning processes and start-up protocols.

AS A PIECE OF FITS, YOU WILL: (The day-to-day on the job)
- Led and managed the installation of pharmaceutical equipment system skid and connection to stick-built piping systems, including but not limited to WFI, clean steam, and clean gases.
- Act as the client's agent to review and approve submittals from the Design/Builder for applicable utility passivation circuits, execution strategies, procedures, and specifications.
- Participate in constructability reviews with the site construction team.
- Review and comment on applicable detailed design and installation specifications.
- Drive progress and coordination to ensure schedule, cost, and quality targets are met
- Ensure all clean utility systems and process equipment are installed and passivated according to design specifications, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct thorough system walk-downs to verify compliance and readiness for mechanical completion and turnover to CQV.
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and project teams to address issues and maintain project timelines.
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation of reassembly, degreasing, flushing and passivation processes.
- Align with CQV and Construction on System boundaries and have input into review exercise to support passivation circuit design.
- Collaborate with QA/QC teams to meet GMP requirements.
- Promote a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement throughout the project lifecycle.
