The Technical Part:
- Associate Degree in Business Administration (Accounting, Finance, or Management) and 5 years of experience in administrative and clerical activities.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Fluent in both Spanish and English.
- Experience in:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Drawing management procedures.

AS A PIECE OF FITS, YOU WILL: (The day-to-day on the job)
- Assist the accounting department, other assistants, and the accounting manager as needed.
- Prepare, review, update, and send Word and Excel documents and reports.
- Perform basic data entry tasks.
- Support the payroll process as needed.
- Create and maintain various databases.
- Provide support for internal and external audits, including platform audits, system access, account creation, among others.
- Perform several administrative activities such as scheduling meetings, attending phone calls, organizing files (both hard copy and electronic), and other tasks as needed by the business.
- Provide information to internal staff, clients, and resources by answering questions and fulfilling requests.
- Maintain proper documentation and ensure data integrity.
