- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering and over ten (10 ) years of experience in electrical and instrumentation systems construction in pharmaceutical or biotech facilities.
- Certification in project management or a related field is preferred.
- Shift: Administrative and according to business needs.
- Availability: Fully On-Site
- Experience in:
- Design, Installation, and Maintenance of Instrumentation and Controls Systems.
- DeltaV Systems
- Reading and Interpreting technical drawings, P&IDs & specifications.
- Troubleshooting and Resolving in E&I systems.

AS A PIECE OF FITS, YOU WILL: (The day-to-day on the job)
- Review design drawings, specifications, and technical documents to ensure accuracy and feasibility.
- Provide technical expertise to resolve design and implementation challenges.
- Identify and resolve technical issues that arise during installation and operational phases.
- Develop and implement corrective actions to address system discrepancies.
- Enforce strict adherence to safety regulations and procedures in all electrical and instrumentation work aspects.
- Act as the client's representative to review submittals from the AE for instrumentation and equipment designs.
- In early design phases, guide the AE on site cabling infrastructure concepts.
- Ensure focus on the project's sustainability ambitions.
- Ensure site-wide coordination of cabling design solutions.
- Review and approve instrument specifications and instrument install specifications.
- Assist in determining the best main cabling routes and electrical route philosophy for the facility, and assist with clash detection via 3D model throughout the design phase. Assist with system boundary definition for ease of commissioning
- Review and participate in 3D model reviews of the facility and large equipment modules.
- Review space coordination and equipment routing plans into the facility during the construction phase.
- Participate in constructability reviews with the site construction team.
- Review SOWs and RFPs for tendering of instrument and Control packages.
- Assist in the review of selected contractor submittals and tendering advice in relation to the submittals from the main contracting engineering firm.
- Facilitate and provide oversight of the reviews on and after the transition phase between engineering designers and electrical contractors.
- Assist site construction teams and project controls teams for construction progress
- Ensure acceptable quality of design and installations.
- Drive progress and coordination to ensure schedule, cost, and quality targets are met.
