Machine Operator

Flexible Technologies a leading manufacturer of products for the industrial market is recruiting for 2nd (3:30 p.m. - 11:30 p.m.) & 3rd (11:30pm - 7:30am) shifts. Machine Operators for our Abbeville, SC location. The Machine Operator operates conventional hose manufacturing equipment.

Essential Functions:

• Operates machine by producing good quality product and understands the capabilities of the machinery to produce the performance criteria of the products. Adds cuffs to basic products.
• Reads and understand stock sheets and standard order paperwork.
• Plans own workload by orders or stock sheets.
• Required to know standard fabrics by part number and locate standard part numbers for finished products.
• Loads wire onto machine with a forklift and does simple set-ups of equipment
• Completes required paperwork accurately and in a timely fashion.

REQUIREMENTS: Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma or GED required. Applicants with manufacturing experience will be given priority.
