Overview: Flexicrew Technical Services (FTS) is seeking a dedicated and skilled Assembler based in Kenner, Louisiana. This position offers a starting wage of $16.40 per hour and is designed for individuals with a high school education or equivalent. Join our team and contribute to the assembly of high-quality electrical components, leveraging your skills and experience in electrical assembly and hand tools.

Essential Duties:

• Assemble electrical components as per written and verbal instructions.
• Use hand tools to assemble parts with precision and accuracy.
• Inspect assembled products to ensure quality and compliance with specifications.
• Collaborate with the team to meet production targets and deadlines.
• Maintain a clean and safe workspace in accordance with company policies.

Requirements/Skills:

• High School education or equivalent.
• Ability to understand written and verbal instructions.
• Proficient in electrical assembly and the use of hand tools.
• Prior experience in a similar role is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Capable of lifting up to 25 pounds without assistance.
• Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination for precise assembly work.
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment.
