FTS has an excellent opportunity for an experienced Account Executive-Staffing in our Deer Park, TX office. We are the go-to resource for fast and flexible fulfillment of our client's staffing needs. This is a sales role bringing in new business to the branch.
About the Role - Job responsibilities include, but not limited to :
- Reports to Vice President.
- Develop Sales Strategy for territory.
- Work with multiple sales leaders to complete sales funnel.
- Create tailored marketing and advertising strategies to attract business with marketing department.
- Represent company to clients.
- Perform a high volume of phone calls each day.
- Complete necessary process documentation.
- Coordinating & scheduling client interviews.
- Hunter for new sales opportunities.
- Building and maintaining relationships.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications - The ideal candidate will have a minimum 4 years of recruiting / talent acquisition experience in the staffing industry and to be an effective team member. This candidate should be eager to hit the ground running and use every opportunity as a learning experience. Strong communication and work ethic are mandatory. HR or Business-related degree OR 3 years of agency recruiting experience preferred.
