Job Summary

We are seeking a Paralegal and Office Coordinator to provide administrative support to our legal team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage attorney time records and billing, file legal documents, and perform typing duties.
  • Correspond with clients, maintain calendars and client files, and ensure effective communication with attorneys and staff.

Requirements

  • Recent experience in a legal or administrative role.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for effective communication with diverse personality types.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, document management systems, time & billing software, and transcription tools.

Working Conditions

  • Able to sit for extended periods, use office equipment, and perform tasks involving typing and data entry.
