We are seeking a Subject Matter Expert (SME) Product Developer-EO / Harassment Prevention to support our customer at Patrick Space Force Base, Satellite Beach, FL. The following candidate will have the following experience and qualifications :
Duties :
- Responsible for contributing advanced subject matter expertise in the areas of EEO, harassment prevention, and civil rights.
- This is a senior professional who possesses in-depth, demonstrated, and recognized expertise in a highly specialized field.
- The individual possesses unique credentials that are not readily available nationally and supports complex and critical efforts by providing unique subject matter expertise in specific business, functional, technical, and professional or policy areas pertaining to EEO, harassment prevention, and civil rights.
- Responsible for developing evidence-based products and tools related to Equal Employment Opportunity Harassment Prevention, implementation of Management Directive 715, and other developmental items to support equal employment opportunity practitioners and leaders.
