JOB SUMMARY
Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
The eCommerce Marketplace Manager will be responsible for growing and maintaining several of Radwell’s key marketplaces in the U.S. and internationally, including eBay & Amazon. This position will collaborate with cross-functional teams, build and maintain vendor relationships, manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines. This position is a creative problem-solver that will turn any challenge into an opportunity and is comfortable working with several moving pieces at once. This position should also be adaptable to new technology and can think holistically to update our business workflows for our internal teams and through channel strategy.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to optimize product listings, enhance Radwell’s brand visibility, and maximize revenue on leading ecommerce marketplaces including eBay & Amazon.
- Lead & execute roadmap projects, including A / B testing of paid ads across eBay and Amazon, launching of new tools, expanding Radwell’s presence to new channels, and much more.
- Collaborate closely with analytics & finance to define and measure key performance indicators (KPIs) aligned with channel goals.
- Develop and maintain dashboards & reports used to monitor marketplace performance, identify key trends & inform data-driven decisions.
- Work directly with the channel’s representatives and business units to expand Radwell’s presence, maintain functionality, and increase strategic opportunity on Marketplaces.
- Create, revise & improve current and new workflows that comply with the channel’s business process rules and streamline the transaction cycle without compromising the quality of customer experience.
- Stay up to date about marketplace trends, policies, and best practices to ensure Radwell’s compliance and competitiveness.

WORK SCHEDULE
This is a salary exempt position. The normal schedule for this position is 8 am-5 pm, Monday through Friday, with one hour for lunch. Employee is expected to come to work on time and adhere to accepted time-off policies. Employee may be required to work additional or other hours as needed.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
The environment is an office setting. Dress attire is casual but professional in an office setting. All employees are required to wear “Radwear” (apparel with company logo) at all times once the initial supply (at company expense) has been received. Radwell ID Badge and Access card must be worn at all times. Radwell Safety Policies must be adhered to at all times.
