IT Contract Sourcing Consultant
This person will support the sourcing team by executing key sourcing processes, including contract intake, project management, negotiations, contract approvals and signatures, new supplier setups, completion of risk assessments and due diligence, contract amendments, requests for quotes, etc.
Experience with Microsoft Suite is required. Other tools used will include Workday Strategic Sourcing and DocuSign.
- 5 years of Sourcing experience working with contracts is required for this position. Experience supporting contracts across multiple categories, including marketing, HR, workplace services, finance and protective services is a plus.
- High volume / quick turnaround time / ability to shift from category to category as needed
- Understand process workflow, good communication skills, quick decision making and ability to project manage many contracts at one time
The salary range for this position is $65,000-$85,000 annually.
