Flexion Inc. a Madison, WI based IT Consulting and Services firm is looking for a Teams / Zoom Support Consultant to work on a long-term consulting project. The client for this position is based in Madison, WI, work for this position will be performed at client location in Madison, WI. .

This person will work on a team to maintain over 300 conference rooms located at various offices throughout the United States. In-person support will be provided in Madison, WI and phone support will be provided locations outside of the Madison area. The position requires physical work consisting of lifting TVs (up to 75 lbs) and other audio-visual equipment.
Required experience :
- At least one year of in-person and phone support with Zoom and / or Teams.
- Experience with cable management techniques
- Customer support experience
- Excellent in-person and written communication skills
- Ability to work lift equipment of up to 75 pounds
- Experience with ticketing system, ServiceNow preferred
The pay rate for this position is in the $25-32 / hr range, Flexion does offer benefits to hourly employees.
