Duties for this position will include :
A minimum of 5 years of experience with the following :
Leading, facilitating, and coordinating business requirements gathering.
Validating requirements and assisting with the functional design of solutions.
Developing, executing, and documenting test plans and organizing and overseeing end-user testing and acceptance.
Tracking defects and coordinating resolutions.
Researching, performing analysis, and providing recommendations for solutions that meet business needs and fit within the system / software capabilities.
Writing SQL queries and creating source to target mapping documents.
- S2T (Source to Target mapping experience
- Candidates should have experience with complex projects. They should "know how to deal with inter-project dependencies within a program and how to map out how a critical path in one project can derail a critical path in another."
Nice to Have Skills :
5 years of experience doing business analysis on large and complex IT projects.
Experience in Government, Insurance Industry or Pension Plans
The annual salary range for this role is $85,000 - $100,000 and Flexion offers a comprehensive benefits plan to all employees.
