Now Hiring : 1st Shift Flexo Press Operator – Gastonia, NC (Relocation Assistance Possible!)
Join a family-run printing company that has been thriving for nearly 40 years just west of Charlotte! This 1st shift position (7 AM – 4 PM) offers some flexibility and Saturday OT opportunities.
Ideal Candidate :
Strong mechanical aptitude
Experience with Rotopress preferred
Ability to operate a press independently from start to finish
Key Responsibilities :
Operate a Rotopress & ensure quality production
Manage ink, materials, plates, and press supplies
Mix inks & color match
Oversee the full production process
