Printing Manager--Minnesota
Newly-created opportunity for an experienced manager to lead the manufacturing of pressure sensitive labels and ensure production quality meets customer and company standards.
Key Responsibilities:
-Oversee daily press manufacturing operations
-Collaborate with leaders on short- and long-term goals
-Provide leadership, training, and performance management for your team
-Measure and analyze productivity and performance data
-Monitor and resolve production and quality issues
-Ensure SOPs and quality standards are followed
-Lead continuous improvement efforts
-Enforce safety requirements and procedures
Required: 5 years in manufacturing leadership with a large team, willing to consider backgrounds in narrow web, wide web flexo or digital print.
Preferred: Experience with Lean Manufacturing and ISO quality practices and audits.
