Shift : 2nd Shift (Monday–Friday, 2 : 00 PM – 10 : 30 PM)

What You’ll Do :
- Operate & supervise wide web flexographic printing presses
- Ensure quality & efficiency , making necessary color adjustments
- Train & lead a team of 2-4 employees
- Oversee job setup, changeovers, and troubleshooting
- Maintain a safe, clean, and productive work environment
- Record production & quality data to ensure top-tier performance
