Hours : Monday–Friday, 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM

Flexo Finders is currently seeking an experienced Narrow Web Flexo Press Operator to join a growing label printing company in Verona, Mississippi. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled press operator looking for stability, competitive pay, and a company that values its employees.
About the Role
In this position, you’ll be responsible for setting up and operating Mark Andy narrow web flexo presses, ensuring high-quality print production, and maintaining efficiency on the press floor. If you have experience with Nilpeter, Webtron, Comco, or other narrow web flexo presses, that’s a plus!
What You’ll Do :
- Set up, operate, and troubleshoot Mark Andy narrow web flexo presses
- Monitor print quality, ensuring accurate color, registration, and consistency
- Perform routine maintenance and press clean-up for optimal performance
- Work collaboratively with the production team to meet deadlines
- Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient work environment
What We’re Looking For :
Experience : Minimum 2 years operating Mark Andy narrow web flexo presses (experience with Nilpeter, Webtron, Comco, or similar presses is a plus!)
Skills : Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving abilities
Work Ethic : Dependable, detail-oriented, and motivated to produce top-quality work
Team Player : Ability to work efficiently in a team environment
