Position Title: Warehouse Forklift Operator

Shift: Swing Shift (3:00 PM – 11:00 PM)

Location: Woods Cross, UT

Position Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Warehouse Forklift Operator for our swing shift operations. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of forklift experience and a proven ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This role involves operating forklifts to move, load, and unload packaging materials and ensuring the accuracy and organization of inventory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate forklifts to load, unload, and move products and materials throughout the warehouse safely and efficiently.
• Receive incoming shipments and verify contents for accuracy.
• Organize inventory in designated storage areas based on system guidelines.
• Prepare orders for shipment by pulling items from shelves and packing them securely.
• Perform regular inventory counts to maintain accurate stock levels.
• Conduct routine forklift inspections to ensure equipment is in safe working condition.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Perform basic troubleshooting or report any equipment issues to the supervisor.
• Collaborate with team members to meet productivity goals and deadlines.
• Adhere to Flexpak’s safety and operational guidelines.

Qualifications:

Experience: At least 1 year of forklift operating experience in a warehouse or similar environment.

Physical requirements

• Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy objects (often 50 lbs or more).
• Capability to stand, bend, or twist for extended periods.
• Good hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness to navigate safely in tight spaces.

Skills:

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Safety awareness to operate forklifts in compliance with workplace safety protocols.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining efficiency.
