Compensation :
80,000 - $95,000, plus incentives based on performance and production goals
Responsibilities :
- Leadership in Packaging Excellence : Motivate and guide your team to meet and exceed production goals while maintaining a customer-first mindset.
- Standards of Quality : Establish and enforce high-quality standards specific to packaging and corrugated solutions, fostering a culture of excellence.
- Performance Monitoring : Use data-driven insights to track daily KPIs and optimize production processes.
- Safety Leadership : Ensure full compliance with OSHA standards, creating a safe, organized, and efficient work environment.
- Equipment Maintenance : Implement and oversee a preventative maintenance program for all production machinery, ensuring operational reliability.
- Team Development : Provide regular coaching, feedback, and training to your team, helping them grow their skills and deliver exceptional results.
- Operational Efficiency : Continuously identify and implement process improvements, ensuring adherence to established production procedures.
- Inventory Management : Oversee material transfers, bin locations, and compliance with inventory protocols for seamless operations.
