FlexPrint, our founding company, is hiring a Client Support Specialist in Mesa, AZ or in Chicago, IL. In this on-site work opportunity, you will work some of the best in our business to support our Client Relationship Team and our national customers.
This is 100% onsite position and is not a remote position.
Hours are Monday-Friday 8am-5pm.
In this role, the Client Support Specialist will:
- Support the Client Relationship Management (CRM) team and clients with an array of high-level customer service, administrative support, and sometimes, technical support, to provide an extraordinary experience for our clients. This includes handling customer escalations as needed.
- Act as a liaison between our back-end operations teams and our clients to provide best-in-class service to client end-users.
- Follow SLA’s to deliver services to internal and external customers.
- Will be responsible for contributing to overall client satisfaction and experience that results in client retention.
- Assist CRM with preparing paperwork, pricing requests, and any specialized reports as needed.
- Prepare Quarterly Executive Partnership Reviews for clients; including data and metrics that bring value to the client
- Provide back up support for Sales Support team as needed
- Collaborate regularly with Director of Client Relations, Sales Teams, Project Management Teams, Operations Teams and other resources in order to ensure a collective approach to service the customer needs
- All other duties as requested
The ideal fit for this role will have the prior experience to bring to our team:
- High School Diploma required; BA/BS/BBA Degree in Business or related major preferred
- A minimum of one year customer service experience in client service role required
- Prior experience providing customer service to all levels of end-users and audiences, including executives in the C-Suite preferred
- Superior interpersonal communication and ability to effectively communicate with all levels of an organization – written and verbal required
- Strong administrative skills and attention to detail required
- MS Office skills required; Excel Skills – Pivot tables and formula experience preferred
- Ability to travel up to 10%, as necessary, to meet customer and internal team events
- Prior experience with managing multiple projects simultaneously with competing deadlines required
- Prior experience working independently and with teams
Pay range for this position: $42k-$46k/year
