Opportunity is located in the Boca Raton headquarters onsite four to five days a week, local candidates preferred.
FinTech, eCommerce company, that provides brand name durable goods to consumers on a lease-to-own (LTO) basis through its ecommerce marketplace and LTO payment method. It also provides LTO technology platforms to retailers and e-tailers to enter transactions with consumers who want to obtain durable goods, but do not have the available cash or credit.
We are seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer to design and implement scalable, cloud-based infrastructure solutions using AWS. The ideal candidate will play a key role in architecting enterprise infrastructure, deploying containerized solutions with Kubernetes, and ensuring secure integration with existing applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement robust enterprise infrastructure for SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS models.
- Deploy and manage containerized architectures using Kubernetes and AWS services.
- Lead efforts in continuous integration, continuous deployment (CI/CD), and configuration management processes.
- Optimize, monitor, and troubleshoot infrastructure performance to ensure high availability and scalability.
- Develop secure infrastructure solutions while integrating seamlessly with existing applications and workflows.
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience with AWS and expertise in Kubernetes and container orchestration.
- Strong scripting skills in Bash, Python, or Node.js.
- Hands-on experience with GitOps tools like Flux or Argo and familiarity with ELK (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana).
- Deep understanding of microservices architecture and CI/CD pipelines.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and workflows.
- Experience scaling databases like MySQL, MongoDB, and working with systems like Redis, RabbitMQ (RMQ), or Kafka.
- Knowledge of tools such as Jenkins, Deis, Rancher, CoreOS, or Mesosphere.
