Systems Administrator for our ConnectWise PSA with the following add on modules:
ConnectWise Automate
CPQ
ITBoost
BrightGauge
Job Description
Responsible for all PSA configurations and support issues
Responsible for PSA upgrades. Coordinate with team all infrastructure needs to support upgrades.
Investigate potential performance improvements and new functionalities in PSA.
Research future PSA features and upgrades
Create and maintain documentation for customizations, processes, and workflows, and offer training and support to end-users to ensure effective system utilization.
Optimize and enhance existing and new capabilities using artificial intelligence.
Maintain new and existing user permissions and develop a flexible user/role/profile structure for accurate control and efficiently responding to requests as needed.
