Primary Responsibilities:
Requirements:
3-5 years of experience as a Data Analyst (required)
BA/BS Degree in accounting, finance or a related field
Computer skills i.e. MS Office (Advanced Excel, Word and Outlook) (required)
Demonstrated proficiency in the use of tax software (a plus)
Will be subject to a background check
Must be willing to work on-site (Monday - Friday)

- Prepare monthly tobacco tax returns.
- Prepare monthly or quarterly sales and use tax returns.
- Assist in the preparation of corporate and partnership tax returns.
- Maintenance of license renewals and surety bonds.
- Actively engage with different state government agencies to stay informed about new regulations and ensure compliance.
- Act as liaison for planned audits.
- Assist the tax director with various tax strategies and research.
