What are the responsibilities and job description for the Administrative Coordinator, Temp (Up to 1 year) (100% On-Site), Queens, NY position at FlexStaff?
FlexStaff is hiring a long-term temporary Administrative Coordinator for our client, a power and utility company, for up to 1 year. This position is 100% on-site in Astoria, Queens, with hours from 7 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday to Friday. You will report directly to the VP of Operations.
Important: A car is required for this role, as you will need to run occasional errands, such as picking up lunch and making post office runs.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant or Office Manager
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality, as you will have access to the VP's email and calendar
